Introduction
Welcome to ClaraMenu. By purchasing, downloading, or using our software ("ClaraMenu", "the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This software is developed for the FiveM modification framework and is officially partnered with MachoCheats.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Refund Policy
Because ClaraMenu is a digital software product, all sales are considered final.
Refunds are not given under any circumstances unless the product is proven to be completely defective and our support team is unable to resolve the issue for you.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or "buyer's remorse".
- Incompatibility with third-party software not officially supported.
- Downtime caused by game updates (FiveM/GTA V updates).
- User error or inability to follow installation instructions.
Account Integrity
Your license key and account are personal to you. ClaraMenu employs active Hardware ID (HWID) locking mechanisms to ensure license integrity.
Sharing your account details, license key, or attempting to resell your access is strictly prohibited.
If our system detects multiple simultaneous logins from different locations or HWID changes that suggest account sharing, your license will be automatically suspended.
Violating this policy will result in an immediate blacklist from MachoCheats and ClaraMenu services.
Liability & Risk
ClaraMenu is a cheat/modification software. While we strive to maintain an "Undetected" status, the nature of game modification carries inherent risks.
We are not liable for any bans, suspensions, or account losses (including FiveM global bans or server-specific bans) that may occur while using this product.
You acknowledge that:
- You are using this software at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for any damage to your computer or data.
- We are not responsible for in-game assets lost due to bans.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ClaraMenu immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Attempts to bypass this termination (e.g., creating new accounts, spoofing HWID) will result in further action.
